There are many workers in the Southern Asia field who do not have a degree from an Adventist Educational institution and therefore lack knowledge in the Fundamental Beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist church and its teachings.  Therefore, the Southern Asia Division of SDAs has made it mandatory for workers in the field to complete this program before their services for the denomination can be regularized.  Spicer has always catered to this need by offering a 24 credit-hour Enrichment program both on the campus of Spicer or Spicer faculty teaching on various off campus sites in other Adventist institutions.  This was basically done during the summer months.

However, the need has arisen to offer a similar program of a 24 credit-hour Enrichment Program online during the academic year in two semesters of 12 credit-hour each.  This program is to commence on July 17, 2023.  The admission process for this program is currently underway.   This program will be offered under Spicer Memorial College and all information related to this including admissions process, course details, teaching faculty, fee payment and other details of the program will be available on the Spicer Memorial College website .
